Particle Forward is always on the lookout for partners with shared values. Having a partner like Pangea and joining its elite community is an excellent win for us, as it helps us to be more connected and more trusted by our current and future partners. 

The verification process was well-organized and also insightful for us. We could map out our business processes and submit documentation smoothly at each step, giving us a thorough recap of everything we have built and achieved. 

It was also an excellent opportunity to dig into some aspects of our company that were not well-articulated. We were able to have a deep dive into our team health and thus bonded more internally. We have decided to do similar processes to keep measuring and growing even more potent as a team. 

We are happy and grateful to have received the acknowledging scores.

We have received high scores from the evaluation process. Our team health score is 9.6, higher than the average 8.4. This has given us confidence in managing the team the way we do now. We also have a good client score of 8.9, but some aspects indicate improvement. 

As a company that advocates team spirit as well as individual development, we give our employees the freedom to achieve their full potential. Our 0-hierarchy and working in transparency philosophy helps the team work together with max efficiency in communication and cooperation. The technical expertise and UX/UI design have both scored a perfect 10. This is an excellent confirmation of our mission and vision: to offer the best-in-class I.T. solutions that are on the market. In addition, we want our clients to succeed in the long term run by offering them a forward-looking strategy and technology.
