Mental health is serious, albeit vastly underestimated, issue. With the 2020 pandemic, it became even more of an urgent matter, as social isolation became the norm. Many companies adopted a work-from-home policy. What initially seemed like a fantastic idea created a more stressful environment for many employees, causing a rise in mental afflictions such as depression, anxiety, and burnout. Not only did this reduce people’s quality of life, but it also diminished their productivity as employees. It became a lose-lose situation for everyone. That’s where Particle Forward found an opportunity.
